These terms apply to services provided by Dorset Rubbish Collection & Demolition Services, based in Wimborne, Dorset, Environment Agency registered waste carrier CBDU151433.

Quotes

Quotes and site visits are free. A quote is based on the information and photos you give us. If the amount or type of waste, or the access, is different on the day, we will tell you and agree any change in price before continuing.

What we can't take

We don't remove asbestos. If we suspect asbestos on a job, we'll stop and advise you to use a licensed specialist. We may refuse other hazardous items. Please tell us about anything you are unsure of when you book.

Demolition work

Our demolition is limited to internal strip-outs (kitchens, bathrooms, plasterboard and ceilings) and dismantling wooden and concrete sheds. Planning permission, building control and party wall matters are your responsibility.

Your responsibilities

Please make sure items to be kept are clearly separated, appliances are disconnected, and we have safe access. You confirm you have the right to dispose of the items we collect.

Disposal

Waste we collect is taken to local recycling centres. Ownership of waste passes to us once loaded.

Insurance

We hold £1 million public liability and £5 million employers' liability insurance.

Cancellations and payment

Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. Payment terms will be confirmed with your quote.
